Question two: “What will our program’s structure look like?”

Esports is still very new, and therefore it can be difficult to convince parents and even students to give it the same amount of time as traditional sports.

You’ll need to decide how to best serve your students. This will be individual and based on technology access at home and at school. Esports can follow several traditional sports models but also be flexible (if students can practice at home

Explain expectations/attendance.

Multiple teams?

Varsity/JV?

: are you going to practice Monday-Friday? Only partially? Our program never practiced on Fridays. The beauty of esports is the kids will play at home (if they have the capabilities).
